Care of the Soul:
A 3-day Creative and Contemplative Workshop
With Christina Sell and Mary Angelon Young
Bellingham, Washington
“The life of the soul is fundamentally different than the body: it can always be renewed; it makes its claim on us right up to the end of our lives.”—Ann Ulanov, Picturing God
Come home to yourself through movement, imagination, and reflection.
Join Christina Sell and Mary Angelon Young for three days of soulful renewal—a nurturing immersion in mindful movement, writing, expressive arts, and deep listening. Together, they’ll offer an integrative approach to caring for the soul through embodied, creative, and contemplative practices.
Rooted in a shared commitment to authenticity and inner growth, this program invites you to slow down, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and rediscover beauty and meaning in the simple act of being present. Through a balance of mindful movement, creative exploration, and contemplative inquiry, Christina and Mary Angelon will lead you into a deeper dialogue with your body, heart, and imagination.
Each day will include opportunities for:
Mindful movement to awaken embodied awareness and presence
Writing and expressive arts to give voice to your inner landscape
Active imagination and creative visualization to engage the symbolic and intuitive realms
Deep listening and reflection to cultivate insight and connection
Community sharing to remind us that we grow, heal, and awaken together
No prior experience with movement or the arts is required—only a willingness to explore, listen, and open to the creative intelligence within.
Come as you are. Leave feeling renewed, inspired, and more intimately connected to the quiet, luminous presence of your own soul.
