Walking Each Other Home:
A 4-Day Yoga Intensive with Christina Sell
Practice, Presence, and Community
What if one of the greatest gifts of practice is discovering that we don't have to travel alone?
Yoga is often described as a personal journey, but anyone who has practiced for long enough knows that growth rarely happens in isolation. We learn from teachers, friends, fellow students, and even strangers whose lives intersect with our own. We encourage one another through challenges, celebrate one another's successes, and discover that our shared humanity is often our greatest source of strength. This intensive is an invitation to deepen your practice while enjoying the richness of practicing in community. Through accessible, all-levels asana, thoughtful reflection, and meaningful conversation, we'll explore how yoga can help us cultivate greater presence, resilience, compassion, and connection.
Each day we'll gather for an extended session from 12:00–4:30 PM, leaving mornings and evenings open for rest, exploration, and informal time together. Participants are invited to enjoy local hikes, shared meals, spontaneous conversations, and the simple pleasures of spending time in good company. These moments outside the practice room often become some of the most memorable and meaningful aspects of our time together.
Together we'll explore:
How practice helps us come home to ourselves
The role of community in growth and transformation
Ways to cultivate steadiness and openness in changing circumstances
The balance between individual practice and collective support
How yoga can deepen our capacity to show up fully for ourselves and others
Expect intelligent and accessible asana instruction, opportunities for reflection and discussion, plenty of laughter, and a welcoming atmosphere where practitioners of all levels can learn and grow together.
This is not a retreat about escaping life. It is an opportunity to engage more fully with it—to practice being present, to enjoy the beauty of the natural world, and to remember that the path unfolds most richly when shared with others. Come as you are. Bring your questions, your stories, your curiosity, and your willingness to participate. We'll take it from there—walking each other home, one step, one breath, and one practice at a time.
Daily Schedule
To allow time for rest, reflection, and exploration, we’ll gather for one extended session each day from 11:30–4:00 PM.
