Four days of asana and heartfelt considerations with Christina Sell, and a community of committed, sincere and thoughtful practitioners from near and far
“The time will come
when, with elation,
you will greet yourself arriving
at your own door, in your own mirror,
and each will smile at the other’s welcome.”
-Dereck Walcott
Through rich asana exploration, mindful reflection, and meaningful discussion, Christina will guide you to experience yoga as a pathway toward greater awareness, balance, and authenticity. Each session offers a blend of dynamic movement, steady alignment work, and moments of inner quiet designed to help you connect more deeply with yourself and others.
Expect to:
Deepen your practice through thoughtful and accessible asana instruction
Cultivate self-awareness and self-compassion in every pose and moment
Share meaningful time and conversation with a like-hearted community
Leave feeling grounded, open, and renewed
All dedicated practitioners are welcome. Come as you are — this is where the practice begins.

The complete 3-day experience is the hallmark of an intensive and is an essential difference between the intensive format and a weekend workshop, where sessions may be taken individually. The intensive is structured progressively and sequentially with each session building on previous lessons. By attending the full workshop, participants will have the most thorough experience possible. Special arrangements can be made on an individual basis to accommodate individual circumstances.
